Please provide a PHYSICAL address (no PO Box) and allow 10-14 business days for your order to arrive. You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your order is in route. Your order may be shipped in separate packages depending on the supplier it comes from.
Returns
Due to our fulfillment process, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless your item is delivered damaged due to a manufacturing defect. We have a no refund policy, which means all sales are final.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Product Warranty
Items that are defective may only be replaced with the same product and design. Sometimes there will be variations in shape, color, and size of personalized products. ICare4Teachers makes no warranty or representation as to the fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, craftsmanship or any other warranty or guarantees concerning products or services purchased from or through ICare4Teachers. Items will not be replaced or exchanged if it is determined that the product is damaged by common discoloring or normal wear.
Design
Due to variations in print material or computer monitor settings, we cannot guarantee your color will be an exact match. Color variance should be expected. Colors may vary on different materials.
Order Cancellation
